The Vivid Audio Kaya S12 is now in production. Here are some pertinent facts and information about Vivid’s newest loudspeaker!

Many of our readers may be familiar with Vivid Audio, which is based in the UK.

They have been producing some ground breaking loudspeakers which audiophiles and discerning music lovers have been so impressed with, they usually leave a demonstration of their speakers with an “awe-inspiring” impression in their minds. Some have even expressed sentiments such as, “The most transparent and musical loudspeakers they have ever reviewed and/or listened to”.

The Vivid loudspeaker line currently includes 3 products here from “top of the line” (and most expensive) as well as 2 other models— which are no less impressive, but at lower price points. These consist of the GIYA, the KAYA, and the OVAL.

However, a brand-new model has just been developed and in the process of being released. While it is a stand mounted monitor with a smaller internal volume, it will share many of the foremost qualities of their larger loudspeakers as well as many of their most coveted design technologies. September 25, 2020 — West Sussex, UK — We are very proud to introduce you to the revolutionary Vivid Audio Kaya S12. Although the internal volume of this loudspeaker only measures 12 litres and puts less than 7 KG on the scale, it is filled to the brim with our patented technologies. The Kaya S12 shares our coveted drivers with its larger siblings, employs our exponential tapered tube on the D26 tweeter and as a world first offering, uses our patented Omni-Absorber cabinet.

The Omni-Absorber annihilates the common distortion all other two-way monitor designs suffer from. We could say with pride that it took us years to develop and actually that is true.
