Building on the celebrated original Phantom speaker, launched in 2015, the Phantom Ultimate collection comprises two models: the flagship 108dB ($3,800) and the compact 98dB ($1,900), both available in three distinctive finishes.

The exclusive Opéra de Paris edition features the same elegant forms elevated with hand-applied 22-karat gold detailing.

● ADH® New Gen (Analog Digital Hybrid) A cornerstone of Devialet’s legacy, the latest generation of ADH® technology combines the linearity and finesse of analog Class A amplification with the power and compactness of digital Class D. The improvement of the control algorithm between analog and digital makes it possible to achieve extremely fine and precise high frequencies, reaching up to 35 kHz on the Devialet Phantom Ultimate 108 dB. Energy management is optimized, thermal dissipation improved, extending amplification’s maximum performance.

● SAM ® (Speaker Active Matching) – Complementing ADH®, SAM® is an algorithm engineered to deliver absolute fidelity while continuously protecting the loudspeakers. By adapting in real time to both transient and steady-state signals, SAM® enables Devialet Phantom Ultimate to reproduce the phase and amplitude of sound waves with exceptional accuracy.

● HBI ® (Heart Bass Implosion) – A suite of multi-physics innovations powers the emission of ultra-low frequencies in a compact form factor – reaching depths of 14 Hz. The result: infra bass that you don’t just hear but feel inside.

● AVL ™ (Adaptive Volume Level) – Originating from the Devialet Dione soundbar, this technology automatically adjusts volume in real time based on content type. This dynamic adaptation ensures an audio experience that meets the highest cinematic standards.

The Phantom Ultimate Collection

Phantom Ultimate 108 dB ($3,800)

Devialet Phantom Ultimate 108 dB introduces a new generation of loudspeakers protected by four newly registered patents, engineered to deliver sound with extreme precision, free from distortion, saturation, orbackground noise.

The bass drivers offer an optimized acoustic response with smoother, more controlled low frequencies. The midrange driver has been specifically designed to eliminate unwanted resonance. As for the tweeter, it features a brand-new design that balances mechanical robustness with refined high-frequency reproduction.

Thanks to optimized driver performance and 32-bit / 96 kHz audio processing, Devialet Phantom Ultimate 108 dB delivers a high-resolution sound experience across an extended frequency range—from 14 Hz to 35 kHz (+/- 6 dB) for a total amplification power of 1,100 W. The user interface now includes four touch controls on the top of the speaker. Powered by the new DOS3 software architecture, Devialet Phantom Ultimate 108 dB offers enhanced connectivity with a broad range of streaming protocols, alongside the latest wireless capabilities-Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3.

Phantom Ultimate 98 dB ($1,900)

Devialet Phantom Ultimate 98 dB delivers high-fidelity sound reproduction in an ultra-compact form. Its exceptional size-to-performance ratio enables a wide frequency response, ranging from 18 Hz to 25 kHz (+/- 6 dB). The Devialet Phantom Ultimate 98 dB features a total amplification power of of 400 W and integrates an optimized signal processing chain (32-bit/96 kHz), ensuring ultra-precise playback—true to the artists original intent.

A unique co-spherical wideband driver design significantly expands thesoundstage while faithfully reproducing every note. Both models are presented in customizable configurations — solo, stereo, or multi-room (via AirPlay, Google Cast, and Roon Ready).

Continuing its longstanding partnership established in 2017 with the Opéra National de Paris, the exclusive Devialet Phantom Ultimate Opéra de Paris editions feature 22-carat gold hand-applied by master gilders at Ateliers Gohard, the historic Parisian workshop responsible for restoring the PalaisGarnier.
